Our last real day in Arizona and it was another action packed day of hiking and eating We started off with a fabulous breakfast at the Mile Hile Cafe in Jerome. I had cheesy hash and Curt had eggs benedict with mimosas! Jerome is an adorable, supposedly haunted town on a hile that has cute shops and great views and was definately worth the stop.
Next up was hiking to the Arch which was probably the greatest photographic moment of the trip. Other hikers were very polite in waiting on each other so photos could be taken without large crowds in the background.
So after hiking, naturally we had to eat again so stopped at Famous Pizza for a rest. We didn't eat at McDonalds but they made sure to point out the Green Arches rather than golden that match the architecture in Sedona.
More hiking to cathedral Rock which in the end is rather like climbing. We didn't make it all the way to the top before we headed back to Sedona for.....more eating!
Tlaquepaque is a shopping and eating area decorated with tons of flowers and home to the Oak Creek Brewery where we ate our last meal. What a fabulous trip, Thanks Chris and Christina!
